- Plan and direct aerial, underground and directional drilling work
- Lead field supervisors, drill, splicing and installation crews
- Clear permitting, right-of-way and utility conflicts with municipalities
- Review production, QA/QC and test results
- Communicate status and recovery plans to leadership and customers
What you bring
- Senior experience managing fiber or utility construction
- Working knowledge of NEC, NESC and OSHA requirements
- Experience with permitting and closeout
