- Spot rising field leaders and give them bigger assignments
What you bring
- Electrician license at journeyman level or above
- Extensive superintendent experience, including multi-site or very large single-site work
- Hyperscale, industrial or other mission-critical experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Calm, decisive leadership under schedule pressure
