What you'll lead
- Lead all electrical field trades and supervisors on a major project
- Build and manage manpower plans, schedules and work sequencing
- Partner with project management on estimates, buyout and logistics
- Own the project's safety performance, training and incident follow-up
- Be the daily counterpart to the general contractor on schedule and performance
- Develop superintendents and foremen as the next layer of leadership
What you bring
- Extensive commercial or industrial electrical experience with senior field leadership
- Experience on large, fast-track projects; data center work is valued
- Command of drawings, scheduling and the NEC
- A strong safety record and the authority to enforce it
- Electrician license; OSHA 30 preferred
