Darren Andersen
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Darren Andersen built Stratecore Consultants for the moments that define a construction company: the hire that wins the next project, steadies a division, or carries the business into its next chapter.
He has spent his career on the hiring side of construction. He sat inside the talent organization of a national electrical contractor, building teams across major markets. He advised contractors on workforce strategy with a national construction labor firm. And he brings two decades of human resources leadership, including executive HR roles.
That depth is why owners and executives trust Stratecore with their most sensitive searches. Since founding the firm in 2017, Darren has led it into one of the nation’s leading executive search firms for construction. Stratecore now serves general contractors, MEP firms and specialty trades nationwide, from entry-level field talent to the C-suite.
He is direct, discreet, and relentless about fit, because in this industry the wrong leader costs far more than a search ever will.
Darren holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Tampa and leads the firm from Tampa, Florida.
